apr 20, 2001 - MGM Limited establish the Principle Trust for Employee Remuneration that will be used for the EBT payments. It was subsequently amended by Deed of Variation dated 28 January 2002, Deed of Amendment dated 29 November 2002, and Deed of Amendment and Rectification dated 12 October 2005.
