Description:

Terrorist attacks on United States led to American invasions of Afghanistan, and then of Iran in March 2002. Initially, Iran and United States were aligned against Saddam Hussein, but soon Iran was declared a member of the "Axis of Evil" by President Bush, and tension between the United States and Iran has lasted until today, with much of the focus on Iran's developing nuclear program.
