Description:
A treaty is discussed between Tervans, Huminos, and Minotaurs. Tervans have created some interesting technology they wish to share, which spurred on the taking in of the Huminos, however, under the name of the humans, this wouldn't work out so well. Under the Minotaurs? Everyone knows Vamps are scared of the Minotaurs. The profits and technology would be shared by all involved.
