Description:

after recovering from the shock of being separated from villiefield and working to heal gwen, alec forms the rebellion group known as the runaways, paying homage to how he encountered fenna and became sheriff in the first place.

he created the anonymous entity known as cherry bomb to be the public leader of the rebellion because while mortal beings can die, symbols can not. since "cherry bomb" does not technically exist, anyone can put on the suit and lead the rebellion.

they cover themselves in glowing neon paint to make themselves indistinguishable in the darkness. and since nova cerulle is always dark, as long as they wear their paint, they're unrecognizable.
