Description:

Nugent pp. 178: In October a joint meeting of chiefs, the TU, the TYA, the Togoland Farmers Association and the AEC was convened at Antor's home town of Logba- Alakpeti, at which it was decided to boycott the ECC.

AEC boycotted because the new election procedure as the chiefs elect the members of the comission.
