mar 14, 2018 - Therapy increased back pain. Had two MRI's for back and shoulder completed. MRI for back yielded severe hypertrophic facet arthropathy on L4 to L5 spine. MRI for shoulder yielded 70%-80% tear with joint being moderately arthritic.
