Description:

After Charles the I ignored the Petition of right he dissolved parliament and refused to call it back into session. He taxed everybody to get money and imposed all kinds of fees. The fight between the state vs the Puritans and the Scots. Charles needed money to fight this war so this caused parliament to setup new rules to oppose and limit the king.
