may 5, 2011 - HMRC began the actual collection process via MIH re Wee Tax Case. HMRC send letter to Donald Horne (co sec of MIH) indicating that the liability is already agreed. 16 May deadline for acceptance set. At this point Rangers have clearly agreed the liability and to pay.
