Description:

This League was founded in order to persuade more women throughout America to join into existing Unions. This would not only strengthen the power of the Unions, but also better the effectiveness of what the unions would eventually have the power to do. Although disbanded in 1950, it was able to influence many women to join unions during the years that it existed.
