mar 15, 1803 - John Dalton
Description:
He grew up and started to teach at the age of 12. He and his brother bought a school and taught there for a while before he went to Manchester. Dalton was the creator of the atomic theory that we follow today. He proposed that elements consisted of atoms that were identical and had the same mass. He also stated that compounds were atoms from different elements combined together. This is important for the electrons history as he states that elements atoms are identical which is true on what they are made up of and that they all have electrons but is incorrect in the uniformity of the ratio of protons to neutrons to electrons.
