Description:

The English Civil war was important to European history because it shaped the future of England. The English civil war was between people that supported Charles I who believed in a monarchy, and people that supported the parliament and believe it should be in power. The Scottish and Irish also fought on the side of the parliament and in result would be in fear of the English. The war ended in 1651 but the casualties were high especially in Scotland and Ireland this led to the “3 kingdoms” having a lasting hate and fear for each other.
