Description:

France is in control of the Lousiana Territory but still allows Spain to run the area. After the signing of Pickney's Treaty, America loses the right to travel on the Mississippi River. Jefferson sends Livingston & Monroe to but New Orleans for $10 million. When Livingston & Monroe reach France, Napoleon offers them all of the Louisiana Territory for $15 million. Livingston & Monroe accept this offer despite not having the authority to do so. Lewis & Clark are hired to explore this territory.
