jul 16, 2023 - Physical Development Stress Accumulation I have been working for half a year now and I am going through a good amount of stress. It is not surprising to go through a great deal of stress especially right out of college. While not all stress is bad, I am able to cope with this stress with the help of seeking support and my friends come to my support in times of struggle.
