Description:
After gold was discovered in South Dakota’s Black Hills, the U.S. Army disregarded treaty agreements and invaded the region. Tensions between the two groups rose until the inevitable battle. General Custer was unaware of the number of Indians fighting under the command of Sitting Bull and his forces were outnumbered and quickly overwhelmed in what became known as Custer’s Last Stand.
