On Black Friday from this year onwards, Walmart workers have a huge strike that is organized by OUR Walmart. Many workers are fired by Walmart for striking, and others face similar penalties. The workers are striking in hopes of better wages and better hours. Many people have difficulties providing for themselves on what Walmart pays now.

Resolution: The strikes haven't ceased to this day. It happens every Black Friday, and will continue to do so until their conditions are met.

Reasons:
-Walmart ignores their pleas.
-Walmart fires employees if they strike.
-Very low wages.
-Long, inflexible hours.
