Description:

On the morning of march 23rd, 639, Roman and Sassanid siege weapons open fire on the city of Medina - the heart of the Rashidun caliphate. The romans send their heavy infantry to set fire to every house within the city while Sassanid horse archers circle the city killing anyone attempting to escape. As the sun sets that night, the city is consumed by flames, dealing Islam a crippling blow from which it will not recover for a thousand years.
