Description:

Part-time work was cheaper for UPS in this time, so it started trying to force out the full time workers. The workers didn't want this, as the new part-time employees were being paid more than the full-time workers. The workers union launched a contract campaign, and eventually won.

Resolution: The part-time jobs were replaced with full-time jobs. Higher wages and union pension were also included benefits.

Reasons:
-UPS was driving out full-time workers.
-Paying low wages.
-Not allowing full-time work.
-Trying to save money at expense of workers.
