Description:

On September 20th of 1820, Rome was annexed, forming the Italian Penninsula. After the Congress of Vienna, Northern Italy was awarded to Austria, and the rest of Italy was split up into many monarchs, not unifying them. The various leaders, named Giuseppe Mazzini "The Soul", Camilo Cavour "The Brain", and Giuseppe Garibaldi "The Sword". Cavour was the prime minister of Piedmont, And Victor Emanuel the second became the king of Sardania, who was a supporter of the unification.
