He began to supervise Jeddah since 1967 when he was the director of planning. In that year, Farsi started the first beauty projects in Jeddah, arranging the poets' garden and distributing flower basins to the foreign ministry in Baghdadiya. The works of the sculptors also began with the local artist Abdel Halim Radwi and many other international artists.
