After Napoleon's exile, the five major powers in Europe came to together to make a decision about who got what land. The major powers were, Great Britain, Prussia, Russia, Austria, and France. The congress wanted to restore peace and stability, and set up policies to create collective security. Austria gained northern Italy. England gained colonies in the Americas and Africa. Holland gained the Austrian Netehrlands. Prussia gained part of Poland and Germany. Russia gained Finland and the other part of Poland. Finally Sweden gained Norway.
