The British proclamation lays out how French Canadians will be dealt with as well as how the former allies of France will be dealt with. It Established the boundaries of colonial America and greatly reduced the former Canadian colony.At the same time, it establishes a vast Indian territory which is to restrict the expansion of the thirteen colonies. this proclamation was also important because it stopped the abuse of first nations.
