At a crime scene in Starling City, a 24-year-old Barry Allen pops up. Oliver, Diggle, and Felicity are all there because the crime scene is on a property owned by Queen Consolidated. Barry Claims to have been sent there by his captain back in Central City because they have a similar case there. A lie he made up because he is fascinated by the inexplicable due to the circumstances surrounding his mother's murder. (Season 3, episodes 8 and 9 - "The Scientist" and "Three Ghosts)
