dec 31, 1954 - Brown v. Board of Education, 1953
Description:
Brown v. Board of Education along with other segregation cases have made it clear that ELLs cannot be fully separated from other students throughout their education under the guise of helping them learn English.
My interpretation: English language learners should not be treated differently with other students. This effect our education policy and has a great positive influnecen on modern education.
