Joseph Stalin comes to power in the Soviet Union in his later in life missions. He rose to power before WW1, to help the Allies win the war. After becoming leader he joined the Allies because Hitler disregarded peace treaties. Gave the axis powers another major enemy. This gave them more of a boost of confidence in the war efforts. Created a sense of moral for soldiers that were in the war. This affected them socially because they were changing their leader to become and better and stronger nation.
