nov 9, 1918 - Formation of the Weimar Republic
Description:
Weimar Republic, the government of Germany from 1919 to 1933, so called because the assembly that adopted its constitution met at Weimar. Germany's government was its own downfall, and the United States did not care about Germany because they started WW2 with them. The new government of Germany influenced others around such as Europe and Asia, because it was a new sense of governmental judgement the United States had not seen before. Thus creating new disputes and agreements between the Germans and Americans. The United States was already at crossfires with Germany and so this ultimately pushed them over the edge, like Pearl Harbor. This was a social impact because it affected America's relationship with Germany, forever.
