Description:
An economic colony. A joint-stock colony. Jamestown was founded by a bunch of rich men who never worked a day in their life (so it didn't go well). In 1609, most of the citizens dies because of a disease wave.
They are attacked by a Native Americans.
A ship comes and drops off many people.
By 1623 and 1624, 75% are dead. Majority of the Jamestown citizens are dead.
Their joint-stock colony revokes their “card” and British takes over Jamestown and makes it a royal colony (ruled by the British. British government people come over and rule). A failure, in other words.
