Description:

End of no-party rule in Nepal as UNPM, Nepali Congress and ULF demand abrogation of Panchayat consitution and dissolution of regime. King Birendra's constitution establishes parliamentary democracy in which Nepali Congress Party (formed in 1959) won a majority in parliament (110/205 seats).
