Description:
After seeing Calvin's writings, Guillaume Farel, the Reformer of Geneva, to come and help Geneva reform. The Genevans were known for not being easily swayed and often made fun of his attampts at improving morality because they had no moral standards for themselves. However, under Calvin's influence they were forced to change their ways. He made all Genevans sign his confession of faith that was adopted by the city council. He also strongly urged excommunication for members of the church who did not and would not share the same beliefs.
