apr 10, 1542 - John Calvin's Geneva
Description:
John Calvin was a Protestant reformer who made a massive impact in the protestant reformation of Geneva. With little Protestant Reformation in Geneva, they resisted hugely to religious reformation and moral reformation. After much resistance, Calvin returned to Geneva with his Ecclesiastical Ordinances, that gave religious education to the town, but especially to children. This act alone almost single-handedly reformed religion in Geneva.
