jul 26, 1945 - Potsdam Conference
Description:
The "Big Three" meet again but in Potsdam, outside of Berlin. This meeting was intended to put into action the decisions made at the Yalta Conference.
The Cold War Concept that this event matches to would be brinkmanship. This is because the Western Front decided to take a strong stance against the spread of communism from the Soviet Union, infuriating Stalin.
