Description:
Leaders of the Big Three (Churchill, Stalin, and Roosevelt) meet in Yalta, which was in the Crimea region of the USSR. Decided what to do with Germany after the end of WW2.
The Cold War Concept this event matches to is detente as the Western Powers were trying to find a way to placate the Soviet Union and halt their expansionism.
