The Bill of Rights formalized on December 15, 1791. The Bill of Rights is the first ten amendments to the United States Constitution. This form stated and gave us American citizens such rights like freedom, religion, and so on. The purpose of these rights is to protect citizens from having the rights taken away from government officials. Which limited the actions of the government taking away anything from the citizens.
