After a day at the park Harper raced up the stairs. All of a sudden she felt someone push her from behind as she could feel herself falling , her arms swinging as she tried to hold on to the railing. Harper grabbed on to the wood slats of the railing. After she got her ice packs and everyone asking if she was ok, her brother Michael had never come out of his room.
