- Day 148
- Lilly, Bob, Stevens, Alice, Megan and one of Josh's work friends, Calvin Deets attend his funeral. Lilly tries to say a few words but breaks down into tears. Bob finishes by saying The Trinity and ending with an Amen. Megan wants to say something to Lilly but can't bring herself to and lets Bob escort her home.
- Alice asks Stevens if he 'smells it' referring to a herd of over fifty biters attracted to the sound of the arena fight. Stevens assures her that Martinez and his men are keeping track of it and setting up defences.
