Description:
All of the colonists were all tired of following the British Monarch's rules, so they declared their independence. The person that mainly wrote the Declaration of Independence was Thomas Jefferson, since he was an excellent writer, and he got his ideas from John Locke, which was about natural rights life, liberty, and property. On this date, the COngress adopted the document.
