Description:

Ashurnasirpal II moved the capital away from to found a new city where he could design the city to his heart’s content. Upon the completion of his temple, he threw a giant banquet with 69,000 people attending. He then erected a stele describing his 10,000 casks of wine that he served to his guests, among other giant numbers (Taylor).
