Description:

France was considered a victor of the war however they were still devastated at the loss of life they suffered. After many wars industrial regions and economic disparity was felt across the country. France did regain land lost during the Franco-Prussian war. This would create a new boarder between France and Germany, which would help with protection from future potential invasions. They would gain part of Germany's African territories as well as multiple territories in the middle east.
