Description:

The Boston port act was a punishment for the Boston tea party because in the Boston tea party they destroyed 342 chests of tea and Britain lost a lot of money. How the Boston port act affect the colonists was by not letting the colonist go through Boston harbor because of the Boston tea party but if they paid for the tea they would be able to cross. This was one act but there was another 3 along with it that was the intolerable act the response for the boston tea party.
