Patrick Henry was an american attorney, planter, and orator who created the speech '' If this be treason , make the most of it.'' This treason speech was about continuing his bombast to the point that his argument won over the rest of the Burgess. Lastly, when he brought his protest of the stamp act to the house of burgesses his arguments have been bordered to treason his speech then took place.
