Description:
- The Third Estate was licked out of the meeting hall in Versailles
- Third Estate took this as a sigh the king was firing them to disband
- Went to nearby indoor tennis courts and took the oath
- vowed not to disband until there was a written constitution in France
- Delegates from the Third Estate realized any push form reform they made would be shut down by the clergy and nobility
