aug 10, 1918 - Overview: The Battle of Amiens was a war that raged between Canada and the Allies against the German. The allies and Canada wanted to keep the war a secret, so that the Germans would not know of the war. On August 9, 4:30 AM, the Allies and Canada rushed the Germans in hope of a end to end World War 1. The Allies were very successful, with about double the amount of troops, tanks and aircraft that the Germans had. At the end of the war, many people on both sides died. After Germany was defeated, this ended
