Description:

Yen Jun-Ling is nominated for class president and wins. Afterwards, her friends secretly follow her home and surprise her. Terrified, she goes downstairs to try to get them to leave. Her stepmother and father call her upstairs where she is hit repeatedly until she bleeds. With blood, tears, and snot covering her face, she walks downstairs and tells her friends that they must leave. She is told by her parents that she should be sent away for 'exposing family ugliness' to her friends. She fears for her future, as her parents have threatened to make her an orphan.
