Description:
The Treaty of Paris ended the American Revolution. Great Britain agreed to recognize the U.S. as its own country, give the U.S. more land west of the Appalachian mountains, and withdraw their troops from America. The U.S. promised to repay some of Britain's debt and to treat loyalists still living in America with respect.
