Description:
This was the first battle of the Revolutionary War. This all started when some British spies were informed that colonist were hiding ammunition in Concord and the British wanted some of it. So they made there way to Concord, but the colonist had some spies of their own and prepared to fight them in Lexington. Unfortunately that battle was in the favor of the British, which they won. But once they reached Concord more reinforcements were brought and the British underestimated them and ended up losing. As they retreated they also had to fight smaller forces that trailed them and lost a series of skirmishes.
