Japanese moved further up the Korean Border, therefore the Chinese decided to send reinforcement to the Yalu River. Japanese intercepted them; Chinese lost 5/10 ships and survivors fled to Port Arthur and then to Wei-Hei-wei, where the Japanese had once again gained control.Added to timeline:
