Description:

This massacre involved the French Huguenots and occured in Paris. It was one of the many events that occurred during the French Civil War against the Roman Catholics and French protestants. Catharine wanted to kill of the Huguenot leaders while they resided in Paris for her marriage. It is said that 3000 people died that day.
