mar 5, 1770 - Boston Massacre
Description:
When British soldiers arrived to Boston, both the colonists and soldiers kept on insulting each other. Until one day, the colonists began to do more than insult the soldiers which led to a shooting. One of the soldiers ended up firing, which then the rest began as well. The Sons of Liberty gave this event the name of the Boston Massacre. John Adams, who was a lawyer and the cousin of Samuel Adams, was the person who stood up for the British Soldiers saying that they were just defending themselves from the colonists.
