Description:

This act was passsed on by Parliament due to the other acts that were not able to work out as they planned. They weren't able to gain any money to pay the debt off for the French and Indian War, so new laws and taxes were created in the Townshend Act. The effects of this act was that their were boycotts on the British goods.
