Description:
Colonists began to protest the Tea Act, which resulted into the Boston Tea Party. The Sons of Liberty organized this protest, with the help of Samuel Adams, the leader. On this night a group of men colonists who dressed up as Native Americans dumped 342 chests of tea into the Boston Harbor. The colonists did this to send a message to Britain of how they all dislike having to pay taxes without having any say.
