Description:
The Boston tea party was an event that people from an organization called the Sons of Liberty were dressed as Indians and dumped 342 boxes of tea into the harbor. The was an idea behind just dumping tea into the harbor. It was to send a message a message to the British that they didn't want to pay taxes if they didn't have a say in things. The event also served as a role model to other colonist to rebel the British rule.
